I am highly disappointed in the way your organization handled a small issue. Why send me a receipt when you have not credited the recipient account?
If I didn't get the message from the recipient I wouldn't have known that the money is yet to be paid. This is bad.

My account was opened with my previous number, which was 908-357-****. It's been unused for more than a month.
The app asks me to verify the code, which is impossible because I have a new phone number, and it's 551-579-****.

Good afternoon, First i send Money to Bangladesh Through mobile banking (BKSH) it is received.
But Now i will send money through bank account in Bangladesh but it keeps showing failed. Bangladesh Bank account is not being transferred from this Taptap account.
Please review my account properly why money is not going From Taptap account to Bangladesh Bank account. Plesse chack this Taptap account and solve this problem.

Wrong spelling names Azomukwu Jacinta Chidinma (Jecinta) is wrong spelling
I was sending money to Nigeria I mistakenly misspelled the person name. Jacinta not Jacinta.This person needs the money for something very important.Please kindly correct this mistake.The money has already been sent out. She called me and said she has not received the money yet.I dont went it to go to a different account.
