Transfer not delivered
I am highly disappointed in the way your organization handled a small issue. Why send me a receipt when you have not credited the recipient account?
If I didn't get the message from the recipient I wouldn't have known that the money is yet to be paid. This is bad.

Update new number
My account was opened with my previous number, which was 908-357-****. It's been unused for more than a month.
The app asks me to verify the code, which is impossible because I have a new phone number, and it's 551-579-****.
My request is to help me get some activities back to help my family. So, I count on you.

Why money is not going from Taptap account to Bangladesh Bank account

Sir,
Good afternoon, First i send Money to Bangladesh Through mobile banking (BKSH) it is received.
But Now i will send money through bank account in Bangladesh but it keeps showing failed. Bangladesh Bank account is not being transferred from this Taptap account.
Please review my account properly why money is not going From Taptap account to Bangladesh Bank account. Plesse chack this Taptap account and solve this problem.

I send money to Pakistan and by mistake I write a wrong name so today my friend go the bank in Pakistan and bank say first name change so this is problem

Wrong spelling names Azomukwu Jacinta Chidinma (Jecinta) is wrong spelling
I was sending money to Nigeria I mistakenly misspelled the person name. Jacinta not Jacinta.This person needs the money for something very important.Please kindly correct this mistake.The money has already been sent out. She called me and said she has not received the money yet.I dont went it to go to a different account.

Why my money was blocked from sending it to the recipient
"Taptap failed to process my transaction and withheld the funds without my knowledge or consent. I was not informed or notified about the issue, and my money was simply blocked without any explanation or warning.
This lack of transparency and communication has left me confused and concerned about the status of my funds.

Despite my attempts to transfer funds, the transaction was not processed, and the funds were blocked without notification or explanation. I was not informed about the reason for the block or the status of my funds, which has caused unnecessary inconvenience and distress."
