Still cant send money.
Tap tap stopped transaction because concerned of possible scam. I thank them for this .
But its not a scam.
And hopefully ill be able to send my money soon . Thank you

Transfère issue
I sent the money, and they didn't receive it on the other end. Your call center is pathetic; I called twice, but they hung up twice.

I sent money to tap tap 16 hrs later, I can't get an answer why it's not delivered. All three customer representatives did not assist me.

User's recommendation: Taptap has the wrong customer service representatives how can someone tell a client when the money is not delivered that the money is safe and I had an emergency is that a solution to my request I am not happy with them

- It's been 2 months since my account was suspended.
- Calls and emails, I was told it would reactivate after 2 days, but it's still suspended.
I give up and would rather get my account closed. It's been 2 months since my account has been suspended. Despite my calls, emails and assurances that I could have my account reactivated after 2 days but still remain suspended.

Reactivate account
- Transfers are not available; suspended almost 2 months after a failed transaction with funds withdrawn, and support promised reactivation in 2 days.
Right now transfers are still not available. It's been almost 2 months since my account has been suspended after a transaction I made did not push through but the amount was withdrawn from my bank account.
Since then I sent emails many times, then made a call to the customer service and the costumer assistant assured me to reactivate my account after 2 business days. And to date still not reactivated.
User's recommendation: I just need my account reactivated ASAP
