Problem of Klarna verification
Whenever I want to send the money app ask me for klarna verification.and when I want to verify they send a code automatically at my old number which is not in my use

I send money that failed to go
I am not feeling good especially when have done all the necessary. I sent a selfie, my drivers license, my bank info. So what else?

Money sent in May that was never received
I have been going back and forth with Taptap since this incident occurred. The money displayed in the bank statement was money sent by my younger sister from her own tap-tap account on the same day for the same amount.
When hers was received by the recipient in Nigeria, she called me to send mine which I did. But it never went through. The only money reflecting on the bank statement of the recipient was that sent by my younger sister who also has a Taptap account
I need this checked out thoroughly because I worked hard for that money and I am not going to sit back and allow anyone forcefully swindle me of my money
Please look into it.
If you need my sister to provide info to verify all I have stated, let me know. If I have to go further, I will.

So my co-worker told me about this company, I immediately opened an account but never sent anything. I submitted my details and unexpectedly decided to send something only to discover that my account was suspended.
I followed the customer service process as instructed. They said it would take 24 hours to get back to me, only for it to be four days. They also misled me when I attempted to communicate back with them, telling me that it hadn't been 24 hours yet - which I thought was an odd thing to lie about. I received a very uninformative email saying my account was suspended and closed due to security.
Huh? I have no idea how you can be suspended and closed when you have never ever even used the account. Make it make sense? I wouldn't recommend this company, not because the customer service was unreliable or because they weren't speedy in their response or resolution, but because the security is crap!
I never did anything nor did anyone else attempt to do anything on this account. Yes, they send the most money for your exchange but I'd rather have less in conversion to have peace of mind in knowing I have honesty and true security within my account!

Transfer not delivered
They sent me an email stating that the money was transferred to the recipient's account. I informed the recipient to check her account.
To my shock, nothing was transferred. I am yet to get the money.

I hate that it's almost 9 hours and the money hasn't been delivered. Which is very annoying because the status says delivered.
And why is it taking up to 9 hours to be delivered? I am waiting on y'all. I know it's going to be delivered, but how long is this going to take?
This is really irritating. I think Taptap should do better.

Money I sent to Simon Ejimgini was not delivered to him. I want to know why and if not delivered please return the money to my account
Transfer not delivered
I am highly disappointed in the way your organization handled a small issue. Why send me a receipt when you have not credited the recipient account?
If I didn't get the message from the recipient I wouldn't have known that the money is yet to be paid. This is bad.

My account was opened with my previous number, which was 908-357-****. It's been unused for more than a month.
The app asks me to verify the code, which is impossible because I have a new phone number, and it's 551-579-****.
My request is to help me get some activities back to help my family. So, I count on you.
