The agent listened to me , asked me to send documents ( paiement slips of last 3 months, statement of account) which I did 1 hour later.

They seem to be professional. They were very calm and listen carefully to me.

However, they couldn't resolve my issues because my account has been blocked. They told me that I have sent money to too many recipients. I informed them that the 99% of the money that I have spent is to family members to buy food and living purposes. Moreover, I am not aware that there's a limit on the number of transactions that I am allowed.

Kindly lift the freeze on my account. Thank you.
