Transfère issue
I sent the money, and they didn't receive it on the other end. Your call center is pathetic; I called twice, but they hung up twice.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The money was refunded to me full, I appreciate the customer service for the full refund. To contact there customer care and what really help me is pissedconsumers.com, I don’t know if they are there customer care or is part of the company social media.
I connect my debit card with Taptap, and this is not the first time I am using Taptap. Yesterday I converted £50 to Naira, the time is 19:08, in which it was successful, and I was debited for it immediately from my account.
This morning, that's around 1:54 am, I noticed another £50 was debited from my account.
This was so frustrating. I want a reversal of my £50.

Reactivate account
- - Transfers are not available; suspended almost 2 months after a failed transaction with funds withdrawn, and support promised reactivation in 2 days.
Right now transfers are still not available. It's been almost 2 months since my account has been suspended after a transaction I made did not push through but the amount was withdrawn from my bank account.
Since then I sent emails many times, then made a call to the customer service and the costumer assistant assured me to reactivate my account after 2 business days. And to date still not reactivated.

I phoned the customer service and he explaind well the reasons refunding the money. He also advised waht to do next.
