My money hasn't been deposited yet. If this happens, we will lose trust in Tap Tap. It's been going on for ten days.
Resolved: I was debited £50 pounds from my account
- - I linked my card to Taptap and have used it.
- - Yesterday 19:08 £50 to Naira debited; this morning 01:54 another £50 debited; reversal requested.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The money was refunded to me full, I appreciate the customer service for the full refund. To contact there customer care and what really help me is pissedconsumers.com, I don’t know if they are there customer care or is part of the company social media.
I connect my debit card with Taptap, and this is not the first time I am using Taptap. Yesterday I converted £50 to Naira, the time is 19:08, in which it was successful, and I was debited for it immediately from my account.
This morning, that's around 1:54 am, I noticed another £50 was debited from my account.
This was so frustrating. I want a reversal of my £50.
