Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
No, still the amount has not been released to the recipient. I sent the money for a cash transfer, but the bank is not releasing the money and is asking the recipient to open an account with them. However, the recipient has an account with another bank and does not want to open another account.

Stay This company is a complete SCAM. My bank card was stolen and used fraudulently by this service.
When we called them (as recommended by our bank) to tell them the charge was fraudulent before our bank started the dispute process, they first asked for our account number. Which we don't have, since they can comprehend our card was stolen. They said they would pass the info to another department. Several days later we get a call back letting us know "there was nothing wrong with the transaction and that we should contact our bank and protect our card better." Seriously?
If this was a legit business they'd have morals here and realize this was fraudulent and reverse the charge.
They are a SCAM. STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

Why would a customer be subjected to a torturous experience of online chat before being connected to a customer service person? The explanation I wanted took less than 5 minutes to resolve.
But it took close to 30 minutes to get to them. I was not a pissed-off customer.
It may sound flashy, but, It did not reflect the case I had. Let someone speak with the customer rep to resolve an issue and give them the opportunity to present their problems.

I sent money to someone and they didn't receive it. I called TabTab and they said to call back after 8 days.
When I called again, they advised me to contact my bank. When I called the bank, they stated that the issue was not with them. They could only help to file a dispute. After the bank filed a dispute, my account was suspended.
They advised me to ask some questions and promised to get back to me in 7 days. That's why I'm calling now; I want to hear the result.

I called my bank regarding my funds transfer last December 23, 2024, to Eloise Cabunoc for $87 and to John Ardales last January 2, 2025, for $100. The bank said the amount was deducted from my account, but no refunds have been received.
According to my history, there are no refunds too. When I called customer service, they said to wait for 5 days.
It's been more than 5 days now. I need my money refunded.
