Resolved: I was debited £50 pounds from my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The money was refunded to me full, I appreciate the customer service for the full refund. To contact there customer care and what really help me is pissedconsumers.com, I don’t know if they are there customer care or is part of the company social media.
I connect my debit card with Taptap, and this is not the first time I am using Taptap. Yesterday I converted £50 to Naira, the time is 19:08, in which it was successful, and I was debited for it immediately from my account.
This morning, that's around 1:54 am, I noticed another £50 was debited from my account.
This was so frustrating. I want a reversal of my £50.

Complain for frauding
I tried to send money to Bangladesh, for some reason the transaction failed. I spoke to someone at your company on the 18th December 2025 to get this money refunded.
However, this colleague tried to send my money to Pakistan (to someone named Azmol) instead of returning it to me. During my conversation with him, he took all my details and told me to login with my bank details and approve this transaction. After I approved one transaction (for NatWest) he asked me to approve another transaction. At this point I suspected someone was wrong and checked the TapTap app and found out he was sending my money to Pakistan.
When I asked him about this, he hung up my call. I tried to contact him using different numbers but he disconnected the call every time.
The colleagues name was Adam. Now I am looking for my money to be refunded imminently and would like action taken against this person.
Some problem with my account
Someone did fraud with me take my money out and my account being suspended. I need a refund my money.
