Transaction was made by me not someone else. I did that transaction to help friends and families not someone else you can find out by asking me my security information if I cannot provide it that means someone else and you asked me my security information and I told you guys ,so why would you guys suspended my account?

The recipient did not receive the transaction I need to make a call to customer service I already have the number but when I was about to connect the call a message popped you. Have I been able to resolve my issue yes or no. I said no and I ended up on this page

Re money reversal
Requesting reversal of transaction i initiated yesterday and delayed. The response i got back is that there we're technical issue in kenyan side and the purpose the money was intended for is overdue.

Many time i m.call to call center and email to ur teem dubai. But they all unprofessional.
They dont no how to talk the customers. My found its still not received. Soul my problem. If not then i go to other Direction.
